Herbal Tea to Relieve a Cold:

Mix together two parts each elder flowers, peppermint, Yarrow and Boneset with one part each Meadowsweet and Catnip and half part Ginger.

Pour boiling water over one teaspoon of herbal mixture, steep for ten minutes, sweeten with honey and drink hot.

To clean and increase the shelf life of fresh fruit, fill a bowl with coolwater and 2-3 drops of Lemon oil.

Drop your cleaned fruit into the water and stir.
Be sure all surfaces of the fruit contact the lemon water.

Detox Tea

Detox Tea

Mix together two parts each Dandelion root, Burdock root, and Red Clover blossoms and one part each Chamomile, Hibiscus, Rose Hips and Alfalfa and half part Licorice.

Simmer one tablespoon of the herbal mixture per cup of water for twenty minutes.

Drink three to four cups per day, hot or cool, sweeten with honey.

Put a pinch each of lavendar, chamomile, rosemary, and mint in a coffee filter, and then place it in your coffee maker.
Otherwise, place the mixture in a teaball and leave it in a mug with enough water for one serving.
Brew.
Within about 15 minutes to a half hour of drinking this mix, you should be feeling quite tired and less sore.
Be sure to have acomfortable place to sleep, and your headache will disappear.

Moisturizing Vitamin E Cream

This cream is very moisturizing and emollient.
It is nice for rough, dry, or chapped complexions and should help promote healthy looking skin.

4 oz. sweet almond oil
1 oz. beeswax
2 oz. water
10 drops Vitamin E oil
10 drops lavender essential oil

Melt the oil and the wax in a double boiler,
Remove from heat, add water, and stir thoroughly.
Add Vitamin E, essential oil and stir continuously until cool.

After you have added the essential oil and the cream is still warm enough to pour, carefully pour it into Salve Jars or Metal Tins.
